Part of the success of our network is that our traffic sources are diversified and loyal. Our traffic comes from major search engines, local visitor's word of mouth, links, our world wide directory, and many others.

This is a graphical representation of how our traffic is directed toward the portals. As more local people set the portal to be their homepage, this data does change over time for each portal. This graph, however is a good example of many newer portals we have established.


As you can see, we have many sources which cause our traffic to grow steadily. The major sources are people that come directly to the portal, this would be those that have bookmarked the portal or set it as their homepage, or memorized the domain and just type it into the browser. Next are search engines which really like all of our portals and reward us with a lot of traffic.


We generate a lot of traffic from "Your Home Town Portal" network.


We also generate a lot of traffic from many miscellaneous sources such as links around the internet. These sources will grow over time and become a permanent source of traffic.
